I totally flipped out when I saw this Rag&Bone outfit compilation. Loose ponytail+ fall fedoras+ belted multi-palette pants+ suede booties+ loose tee shirts= get into my wardrobe now!!!
the girl can't help it

Ask any of my friends but I have a tendency to wear very short shorts (rather than short skirts). I just can't help it.
How suddenly awesome do those pink Chucks look on Olivia Wilde? You see them like that matched with pink laces and they look like something revolutionary. Hmmmmm...pink may very well be my next purchase.

Unfortunately I couldn't find any shots of Miss Rosie without her bf in the picture so this will just have to make do. I love her bohemian yet edgy style in general but what she's wearing above looks so comfy and just perfect for summer. I'm definitely on the lookout for an ankle-grazer sheer cardigan or a crochet vest. When I was in LA I saw a similar thing in an All Saints store but it was way too pricey. Maybe I will have better luck in a thrift store or something. Btw, nice shades Mr. Statham.
Edit: Something like this would be even better (from Quiksilver Holiday Collection 2011 via Quiksilver).

NUDE PUMPS!
The #1 type of shoe I'm looking for on my current shoe list! How gorgeous is this gal looking in all neutrals and browns.
This is what Autumn is all about- her outfit is so feminine and I love how she's tied her hair back as simple as that.
Sorry about the lack of posts this past week, it's midterm season and I'm running on lack of sleep!
Will make sure to update tomorrow.

The thing about laid-back outfits is that they basically have to involve a sort of mix-match of easy pieces such as a t-shirt and jeans with exceptionally cool accessories (or accessory). It's like you can't have one without the other. So I guess the word 'effortless' really involves a lot of subconscious, hard work to look carelessly pulled together. It's definitely something I strive for when I open up my wardrobe in the mornings.

I watched Inception the other night and can I just say that it was an unbelievable, cinematic experience. You seriously need to watch it if you haven't already. Bravo, Christopher Nolan!
